A Case in Point
    We recently worked with a dealer in New Jersey who encountered a problem trying to create a quote using an Excel spreadsheet. The dealer wasn't familiar with Excel yet needed to create a quote for the State of New Jersey. In order for the dealer to have a chance at winning the bid, the quote had to be out that day, and the percentages had to be exact. A previous employee had worked on the bid the year before, so the dealer knew the bid was going to take approximately 12-to-15 hours to complete.
